A Legacy of Love, Generosity, and Belief in Children
Some people leave a lasting imprint on a community long after they are gone. Hope Fogel was one of those people.
Hope was one of the founding families of Conscious Kids Association. When CKA was still in its earliest stages, she enrolled her son, Orion, and quickly became one of our strongest supporters.
As our school continued to grow, we reached an important turning point. We needed a permanent home where our students could continue learning, growing, and thriving. During that critical time, Hope and her family stepped forward with extraordinary generosity and belief in our mission.
Their support helped provide the foundation from which Conscious Kids Association has continued to grow and serve children throughout our community.
In 2024, Hope was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer. She fought courageously but ultimately lost her battle. Her passing left an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
To honor her memory and continue her spirit of generosity, we established the Hope's Hugs Scholarship Fund.
Every scholarship awarded reflects the values Hope embodied: kindness, service, compassion, generosity, and an unwavering belief in the potential of children.
Through Hope's Hugs, her legacy continues to embrace families and students for generations to come.

Who is eligible?
The scholarship assists with tuition expenses to alleviate financial strain for full-time students who are not awarded other scholarships.

Scholarships are awarded annually before the school year begins.
Applications are reviewed annually.
While all eligible applications are reviewed, additional consideration may be given to:
• Single-parent households
• Families with multiple full-time children enrolled at CKA
• Teachers and educators
• First responders
• Veterans and military families
• Families demonstrating financial need
• Families who strongly align with the mission and values of Conscious Kids Association
